Day 1 – Arrival & Intention Setting

• Private airport transfer from Denpasar to your sanctuary retreat in Ubud
  

• Welcome drink & Balinese flower blessing to energetically mark your arrival
  

• Opening circle and intention-setting ritual to ground into your journey
  

• Nourishing Balinese welcome dinner shared with your new sisterhood (included)

Day 2 – Grounding & Gentle Immersion

• Morning yoga and guided meditation to anchor into the island’s energy
  

• Hands-on Balinese cooking class with a local female chef — learn recipes, stories, and traditions
  

• Leisure time for massages, journaling, or relaxing by the pool
  

• Group dinner at a jungle-view restaurant, soaking in the sights and sounds of Ubud.

Day 3 – Water Purification & Spiritual Healing

• Early morning journey to Tirta Empul Temple for a guided melukat water cleansing ceremony

Day 4 – Nature, Beauty & Sacred Fire Ceremony

• Evening Agni Hotra fire ceremony – a powerful Vedic ritual for release and transformation

Day 7 – Reflection, Integration & Farewell Ceremony

• Farewell dinner and closing flower blessing ceremony – honouring your journey
