Day 1: Saturday, March 28 – Arrival in Tokyo

  • Opening circle and welcome dinner

  • Gentle group meditation and intention-setting

  • Stay: Boutique women-friendly hotel in Asakusa or Shibuya

Day 2: Sunday, March 29 – Tokyo: Tradition & Modernity

  • Morning: Visit Meiji Shrine for a women's empowerment ritual

  • Afternoon: Explore Harajuku & Omotesando

  • Evening: Sunset cherry blossoms at Chidorigafuchi Park

  • Optional women-only onsen
